Embracing cultural diversity A 2012 survey conducted by the residential real estate website Trulia found that the most ethnically diverse neighborhood in America is nestled just east of DFW International Airport in Irving. The 75038 ZIP code includes approximately 26% Asian (17.5% Asian Indian), 26% black and 23% Hispanic residents, according to the most recent census data from 2010. The remainder of the population is mostly white, with smaller numbers of citizens representing at least a dozen other cultures. By far, the largest number of inhabitants are of childbearing age. School nurse training More than 300 school nurses from 10 North Texas school districts received training at Medical City Healthcare hospitals earlier this year. Nurses who attend earn continuing education credits toward their licensing requirements. Medical City hospitals have provided training for more than 3,500 school nurses since 2013. New ER option now open in White Settlement White Settlement residents have a new option for close, convenient, expert emergency care.
